Our Strategy THE STORM is a network of existing plancenters who are already completely staffed, operational and respected in their own areas of influence. THE STORM acquires project information from a variety of sources covering the entire United States. Primarily, we will look to the Builders Exchanges with which to partner. Where there are no Builders Exchanges, other planrooms are approached. Together, these organizations represent the largest reporting service in the U.S. in terms of territory coverage and projects reported. THE STORM, in its simplest terms, is a database containing information regarding construction projects that are in the design stage or are out for bid. This database provides subscribers with a fast, convenient method for mining the data, displaying the results in a simple, logical manner and distributing all of the above throughout the country quickly and efficiently through the Internet. As the Plancenters input the project information into their databases, the same information is transmitted to the national database. This means that THE STORM is able to provide its subscribers "real time" information.
